John Dorr, Head of Reference and Resource Sharing, and Jannelle Ruswick, Reference Librarian for Psychology and the Social Sciences, presented their research on IM reference and taxonomies for virtual reference at the American Library Association’s annual conference in Washington, D.C., held on June 21-27. Their work appeared as part of the Reference and User Services Association’s (RUSA) first-ever Virtual Poster Session on the Evaluation of Virtual Reference Services.
