Are you a new international student? Libraries are different around the world. Learn about the services and resources at Galvin Library by attending Library Fundamentals for New International Students. Our international student services librarian, Yi Han, will tell you everything you need to know to get started using the library. Here are just a few of the questions she’ll answer in the class:

1. Where are my textbooks?
2. When is the library open?
3. How are the books organized?
4. How many books can I take home?
5. Can I talk and eat in the library?
6. What is my log in information?

This class meets in the Library Learning Center inside Galvin Library. The Library Learning Center is on the lower level. Walk past the main stairs and the door is on the right, just behind the stairs. Email with any questions.

If you want to learn about Galvin Library but cannot attend this class, please read our Services for International Students page.

*Registration is encouraged but not required. You can attend even if you did not register. Register here.
