We’re announcing three new scholarly video collections for your classroom or research needs. Through our membership in Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois (CARLI) we now have access to Engineering Case Studies OnlineEnvironmental Studies In Video, and Psychological Experiments Online.

To access online library resources you do need to connect through the MyIIT portal.  When prompted, enter your MyIIT portal username (the first part of your email address, before the “@”) and password at the login screen. You can retrieve and view the following videos from the collections:

From Engineering Case Studies Online, watch Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Disaster, the Big Dig Ceiling Collapse, and the Challenger Disaster. Within Psychological Experiments Online view videos on the Asch Conformity Experiment, Stanford Prison Experiment, and the Bystander Effect, while in Environmental Studies In Video you will find videos on Renewable Energy, the Melting Arctic, and Greenhouse Gases. All these videos and much more are available for your use.
